GENERAL-myFirst Fone R1 screen cracked and not responsive.

This is definitely an uncommon issue as all our myFirst products had gone through strict testing during the production. myFirst Fone R1/R1s comes with elevated edge screen design which is to protect the watch’s screen on simple impact or prevent it to hit the ground directly. For additional safety, we suggest our customers to use the screen protector which is a tempered glass material. 
 
The warranty does not cover the screen crack under Warranty Exclusions and Limitations https://store.myfirst.tech/pages/warranty but our team can get it fixed under paid cost and you may contact our customer support at support@oaxis.com for appointment link to visit our service center for the repair service.
