GENERAL- What to do when there is water damage on myFirst Fone R1?

Our myFirst Fone watch series are splash proof  as stated on the packaging with waterproof rating of IPX7 for myFirst Fone R1 and IPX8 for myFirst Fone R1s. Which means the watch can be submerged for 1 meter or deeper in water for 30 minutes without involving water movement. Our watches are water resistant to accidental spill or splash of water but to avoid water damage, we would recommend our customers to avoid swimming/showering /walking in the rain with the watch, and avoid using the watch in sauna or steam room, as the resistance might decrease when water movement involves  or under extremely humid conditions. Although it is not covered under warranty https://shop.myfirst.tech/pages/warranty  , our team will be able to check and try to get it fixed.
