Make sure the watch firmware is updated to the latest version. To update watch firmware you may follow the steps below.

1. Select setting option on the watch

2. Scroll down to "Software Update"

3. Click on "Check"

4. Once the update completed, proceed to restart the watch by press hold the 3 buttons together for 10 second.
