First, connect the watch to WIFI then switch on and off the Class Mode function in the watch and press save. Finally, do a restart of the watch by press hold 3 buttons together for 10 second.

Also make sure the watch firmware is up to date. Select WIFI under settings, choose the selected WIFI,, scroll down until you see "Software Update" and click to update.
