GENERAL - How long does the Battery last? How to setup a longer Battery Life for myFirst Fone R1?

Actual working time varies based on the smartwatch setting and the frequency of the location updates. myFirst Fone R1 is able to last for 60 hours in standby mode (all feature settings are turned off). Under normal usage, it will usually last up to a day (up to 16 hours). Daily charging is required.

Here is a guide on how to have a longer battery life on using the myFirst Fone R1:-

• Set the brightness of myFirst Fone R1s to low. You could swipe down on the main screen and you will see 6 icons, top right icon is to adjust the brightness of the screen.
• Set the GPS location update (Tracking Mode) on myFirstFone app to update every 1 hour to reduce the power consumption. You could set to shorter tracking update time when you need to know the exact location of your child eg. while travelling to school / returning from school.

• Turn off auto tracking in tracking mode and monitor battery drainage

• Make sure the watch is charged 1-1.5 hours and no charging over night

• Check the SIM Tray input direction

• Make sure watch firmware and myFirst Fone app is updated to latest version
