First of all, please make sure the SIM card is activated with data and call credit and proceed to restart the watch.
Once restarting the watch, you will need to wait for 1-5 minutes to allow the watch to detect the network. Only if there are network signal and data signal with a letter "G" shown on the main screen of the watch which allows you to proceed to bind the watch with myFirst Fone App.
If it shows "Gx", please check if the SIM is inserted correctly and restart the watch again. Example below shows there isn't any data signal, thus it will show "Unverified IMEI" when you scan the QR code.
*For Malaysia myFirst Fone D3S user, please note XOX, YES SIM, Unifi SIM is not compatible with our watch.

You can also check the QR code on the watch, if there is data signal, there will be a row of character and number underneath the QR code.
If there is no data signal, no numbering under the QR code will appear.
