Check and ensure that Tenvis HR is connected to smartphone via Tenvis HR mobile app.
Go to 'Me' on Tenvis HR app and tap into 'Settings'.
Options of data clearing for Tenvis HR:
"Clear Bracelet Data" - Removing all stored data on Tenvis HR bracelet
"Clear Cellphone Data" - Removing all synced and stored data transferred from Tenvis HR bracelet
"Reset Bracelet" - Remove all stored data and settings made on Tenvis HR bracelet
