Customers will be charged for additional shipping cost on the following cases: 1) the wrong address was provided by the customer proven by our customer service team; 2) or if a redelivery is requested by the customer; 3) or an attempt to deliver to customer but the delivery failed due to customer's fault.
Delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Oaxis’ control once it leaves our facilities, Oaxis will not be held liable for late deliveries. We promise to try our best in ensuring a smooth delivery. If you do not receive the item on time, the first thing you should do is check with us for the tracking details. If you already have the tracking details, check with your local post office or the courier used if they have received the item.
Based on past experiences and feedbacks, the following are some estimated time frame (using standard shipping) for certain countries that we occasionally ship to:
Kuwait: 6 months.
Mexico: 3 to 5 months.
United Arab Emirates: 2 to 4 months.
China: 2 to 3 months.
Of course, delivery schedules will be delayed occasionally due to holiday seasons or unforeseen circumstances such as strikes in airports or post offices, or even problems to process packages after they reach your country, but we hope customers would understand the prolonged shipping time needed.
