All Oaxis products purchased from us directly via our online store, shop.oaxis.com, our official Amazon channels, and authorised distributors come with 1 year free international warranty from the date of purchase. Invoice is needed as proof of warranty. This warranty protects the products against defects in quality and materials under normal, non-commercial use. Items purchased via a third party vendors (eBay resellers) will not be entitled to any warranty.
Should the product come defected upon delivery (see below for definition*), customers are to inform us within 72 hours of reception to prevent discrepancy. Please email us your purchase details (with photos if possible) to support@oaxis.com. We reserve the rights to withhold fully or partially the shipping fee and refunds after our investigation and validation upon receiving the return item.
Accidental damage caused by customers, including dropping from any height, misusing the product other than the intended usage of product, wet usage, etc, will automatically void the warranty with no questions asked. Customers will need to seek advise from the customer service team who will propose solution to your situation. Once a proposal has been agreed on by both parties, it will be fulfilled. It is out of goodwill to provide agreeable solutions to our customers from the company.
*Definition of defect product upon delivery: 1) Unable to charge/ power up; 2) Missing parts (excluding picking tool and SIM card picker, instructional manual, etc);
